Fantasma is located on the North East corner of Seventh Avenue and 33rd Street. Diagonally across from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. The entrance is located on West 33rd Street above Sbarros on the second floor.

Take the A, C, E or 1, 2, 3 or LIRR or NJ Transit to Penn Station. Get out and follow signs to 7th Avenue.

I think that parking is kind of tricky in this neighborhood. I am sure that there are parking lots nearby, but I can't recommend any specific ones. I suggest taking the train.
